César’s passion for guest service and going above and beyond for clients is second to none. Having 30 years of experience in the industry, including Forbes Five-Star training, has provided him with numerous opportunities to grow and expand his knowledge.
César began in the industry as part of the Front Office with various hotel brands, such as Marriott and Starwood. He worked his way up through the ranks of the industry, training and supervising others along the way while consistently providing support and information to those who worked with him. César has had the unique privilege of being a part of three hotel opening teams throughout his career, including St. Regis Fort Lauderdale, St. Regis Puerto Rico, and St. Regis Doha in Qatar. Most recently, César was a part of the team at the Dominick Hotel in downtown Manhattan as the Director of Owner and Guest Relations, which involved serving as the liaison between the hotel and unit owners. In his time at The Dominick, the hotel’s TripAdvisor score went from subpar to superb, as it became a top 40 ranked hotel in all of New York City due to the passion and commitment from César and his team.
César has also had the opportunity to work with unique hotels part of the Relais & Châteaux family in the United States, such as Ocean House and Watch Hill Inn.
Whether it is a client’s first time meeting César or their 50th, each guest is treated the same as the last; as a VIP.
In César’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also serves his community by participating in local philanthropic efforts while raising awareness for causes important to him
